Milestones

1.

Pre-Construction

Throughout the initial construction phase, our team assists you in choosing a right-sized home and floor plan to meet your specific needs. Once you’ve chosen your floorplan, elevation  and lot, we collaborate to finalize exterior choices and customize your home before breaking ground.

2.

Construction Start

We are just as excited as you are! To begin, we initiate construction on your specific lot and lay the foundation. A sturdy foundation is the basis for constructing your forever home. After the foundation, we frame your house, place doors and windows, and establish the groundwork for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Next comes the exterior building materials the install of the roof.

3.

Interior Construction

Your new home is finally taking shape. It’s time to install drywall, texture, cabinets, countertops, and all of the hard flooring, carpet and tile.

4.

Completion

Here comes the most exciting part:  we install all appliances, plumbing, and lighting fixtures, along with the door and cabinet hardware of your choice. Your flatwork is poured, the irrigation system and landscape installed. As we get closer to the finish line, we complete all interior painting and staining. Once the construction is complete, it’s time move into your forever homes.
